Tiong Bahru is the oldest estate in Singapore, a quaint community with an intriguing mix of old and new.
While many older residents have lived in the shop houses and flats here for decades, the younger generation flock here for the food, shops and culture. This neighborhood is currently one of the “hippest” places in Singapore today, and one of the most famous landmarks is Tiong Bahru Market which houses 50+ of Singapore’s renowned hawker stalls.
Among the most patronized stalls with daily long queues is TIONG BAHRU HAINANESE BONELESS CHICKEN RICE, a Michelin Bib Gourmand Awardee for 5 consecutive years from 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Thanks to our Singaporean founder, Chefs Koh Kim Hock and Cheong Weng Wah, you can now all enjoy Authentic Hawker Food in Manila.
